Frédéric de Cambry de Baudimont
Frédéric has extensive and recognized experience in the sector of Pensions&Benefits and insurance, having worked as a corporate lawyer for various pension institutions (insurance companies and pension funds). He assists his clients in particular in the following areas:
- analysis and development of life insurance contracts (group insurance, EIP/IPT, PLCI/VAPZ, CPTI/POZ, INAMI/RIZIV and Guaranteed Income contracts, etc.);
- tax law regarding insurance;
- support for back-office & distribution networks and training of internal collaborators.
In parallel, drawing on his master’s degree in tax management from the Solvay Business School (ULB), he defends the civil liability of accountants and organizes the recourse of SMEs and independent against the tax authority.
Frédéric has a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) since 2003. He was admitted to the Bar of Mons in the same year and subsequently obtained a LL.M in international and European law at the University of Utrecht.
He joined Ethikos and the French-speaking Bar of Brussels in 2019.
His listening, empathy and pedagogical skills, combined with a strong pragmatic sense, enable him to offer to his clients a particularly effective assistance, both through his client-&business oriented advice and during his interventions in front of the courts.
