Frédéric has extensive and recognized experience in the sector of Pensions&Benefits and insurance, having worked as a corporate lawyer for various pension institutions (insurance companies and pension funds).
Holder of a master’s degree in tax management from the Solvay Business School (ULB), he represents accountants in liability cases as well as SMEs and self-employed persons against the tax authorities.
He also assists private individuals in matters relating to taxiing, rental disputes and breach of contract.
Frédéric graduated in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) in 2003. He was admitted to the Mons Bar the same year and subsequently obtained a specialized degree in international and European law (LL.M) at the University of Utrecht.
He joins Ethikos and the French-speaking Bar of Brussels in 2019.
His ability to listen, empathy and pedagogy, combined with a great sense of pragmatism, enable him to offer his clients particularly effective assistance, both through his “client- and business-oriented” advice and during his interventions before the courts.
