Marie provides expert advice on commercial law (national and international) to multinationals, SME’s, start-up’s and spin-offs. She works with clients across a number of industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, telecom and payment services.
Marie has particular expertise in the fields of distribution, agency and franchising. She notably advises on the setting up of distribution networks, business development (including international expansion), promotion of sales (including consumer law advice) and all distribution related competition issues. Experienced in contract law, she drafts, negotiates and analyses all type of agreements, ensuring they comply with legal requirements.
Further to this, she represents clients before the national courts as well as national and international arbitration tribunals.
Marie worked for several years for the international law firm Taylor Wessing. As legal interim, she has also built up an expertise in various sectors, giving her a proven track record in implementing changes and leading the execution of complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
