Admitted to the Brussels bar in 2000, Pierre has a broad experience as legal interim manager for both Belgian and international companies, in particular in the financial and energy sectors.
Pierre provides business-oriented advice on contractual and regulatory matters, his expertise including consumer protection and banking law.
Over the past years, he has been involved in the implementation of major European regulations (e.g. MiFid, GDPR, PAD, EMD).
In addition, Pierre provides pragmatic and cost-effective legal solutions to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in their daily activities, focussing on commercial and corporate issues.
Pierre represents his clients before courts and tribunals. Whenever feasible, he assists clients in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution processes (mediation).
Pierre joined Ethikos as partner in June 2019.
